LogiWare, Inc., headquarted in Alpharetta, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, is a provider of ocean and air logistics software and outsourcing services.

LogiWare offers a full-line of ocean logistics products for ocean and air forwarders, NVOCC's, Consolidators, Agents, brokers, traders, and warehouse operators.

The software handles work flow automation for imports and exports and also for full container loads (FCL) and less than container loads (LCL).

In addition, LogiWare offers business process outsourcing services with data entry to help improve and reduce cost of entering and rating bills of ladings, invoices, dock receipts, shipper export declarations (SEDs) and other documents.  Documents can be scanned at the customer sight and entered overnight into the customer system from our Bangalore facility.

LogiWare was founded in 2006 by Gokulnath Venkataraman and Alan Palmore, both having worked in the shipping industry with P&O Nedlloyd, and each with over 20 years of software development experience in large S&P 500 companies as well as venture-backed start-ups.

LogiWare owns and operates technical facilities with approximately 30 people in Alpharetta, Georgia, and Bangalore, India.
