LogiWare added an AES (Automated Export System) interface with US Customs to it’s EDI module. The interface has been tested and certified by US Customs. The interface automatically sends SED (shipper Export Declaration) documents to US customs and retrieves the ITN number for export shipments.

The interface is the most recent addition to the EDI module which already supports electronic data interchange (EDI) messages with INTTRA and GTNEXUS for booking request (300), booking confirmation (301), shipping instructions/bill of lading (304), shipment status (315), and arrival notice (312).
